What We Offer

Rising Athlete (Kids & Youth)
Designed for 8-15 year olds focusing on developing athletic foundations, movement quality, and lifelong confidence in sport and physical activity. Tailored sessions encompass injury prevention, building strength, and improving coordination all while being fun and safe. This is great for those are starting to play a sport and unsure of where to start.

Pro Athlete (Competitive & Skilled)
For those who are a little more serious about gaining the edge in their sport and life. This is designed for those competing in higher skilled and competitive sport, including recreational athletes, academy athletes, and professionals. Bespoke training designed to target deficits in your training and holding you accountable. This includes improving speed, power, strength, injury prevention, and more.

Masters Athlete (65+)
This is all about staying strong and mobile and keeping your independence for as long as possible. Specialist training based around your lifestyle and medical history. This program supports a safe and progressive plan to keeping you active in the activities you love.

Mobility Program
Personalized mobility plans built around your needs and lifestyle. Reduce movement limitations and injury and unlock your potential to enhance performance. Improve flexibility and overall joint health. Great for everyday individuals and athletes.

Performance Screening
Detailed athlete assessment and performance testing to evaluate gaps and strengths in your current state. This includes strength, mobility, velocity-based testing, reactive strength index, balance, and more. If you’re feeling stuck in your training, not progressing, and unsure why? Look no further, let us help you gain the edge and unlock your full potential by highlighting gaps in your athleticism.

Individual Programming
Bespoke programming catered to your wants and needs. You may be a seasoned athlete or good at holding yourself accountable but just need a little structure and routine for your training, this is a great option. Work at your own pace and remove the guesswork. We program smart and you train hard.
How It Works
Rising/Pro/Masters Athlete:
In person 1-1 sessions with an experienced physiotherapist and S&C coach. Initial session will largely be finding baseline fitness to cater appropriately for your needs. Sessions are 1-hour long. We will email forms for background information and consent. These needs to be filled prior to visit.

Mobility/Performance Screening/Individual Programming
These are a 1 time in person visit to formally assess and create a bespoke program for yourself. These services can be added onto each other however you’d like (i.e. performance screening + individual programming + mobility) or (mobility + individual programming) etc.
